E级学术期刊为未列入上述A、B、C、D级，但公开出版发行、有CN、ISSN刊号的中文学术期刊。

第一章 总 则
第一条　为充分发挥科研在建设研究型高水平大学中的引导作用，为全校科研评价和考核提供依据，鼓励我校教师严谨治学，努力产出创新性的科研成果，特制定本办法。
第二条　本分类办法以CSSCI、CSCD、《中文核心期刊要目总览》等来源期刊为基础，结合学校科学研究、学科建设现状以及学校中长期发展目标编制而成。若CSSCI、CSCD、《中文核心期刊要目总览》等更新，以其更新版本为标准，各索引新增收录的期刊，将自动列为相应类别，被各索引调整出的期刊，将自动从相应类别中退出。
具体论文类别的认定，以论文发表时各索引收录期刊目录为准，国外论文以检索数据库收录的时间为准。
第二章 期刊认定与分类
第三条　根据学术期刊的办刊质量和影响因子，学校将学术期刊分为A、B、C、D1、D2五个等级。其中，A、B类为校定权威期刊，C类为校定重要期刊，D1、D2类为校定核心期刊。
第四条 A类期刊
《中国社会科学》（含英文版）、《中国科学》（任一专业版）。
第五条　B类期刊
1. 《法学研究》、《中国法学》（不含英文版）、《马克思主义研究》、《哲学研究》、《历史研究》、《文学评论》、《新闻与传播研究》、《经济研究》、《政治学研究》、《社会学研究》、《民族研究》、《教育研究》、《体育科学》、《管理世界》、《中国图书馆学报》、《外语教学与研究》、《求是》、《心理学报》、《世界宗教研究》、《中华医学杂志》、《计算机科学》、《中国农业科学》、《中国环境科学》、《世界经济与政治》、《中国史研究》。

21．在SCI、SSCI上发表的论文认定为校定C类论文。如果申请认定为B类以上论文的，由作者向学校学术委员会提出申请。
22.《中国人民公安大学学报》(社会科学版）、《刑事技术》视为校定C类期刊（仅限于刑事侦察学院教师发表的成果）。
第七条 D类期刊
（一）D1类期刊
1. CSSCI来源期刊或CSSCI来源集刊（南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心发布）。
2. CSCD来源期刊（中国科学院文献情报中心发布）。
3.《中国法学》（英文版）、《人民检察》、《人民司法》、《中国法律》(中英文，香港出版)。
4.《社会科学报》、《中国社会科学报》（理论版或学术版）。
（二）D2类期刊
1.《中文核心期刊要目总览》所列核心期刊。
2.《西南政法大学学报》、《重庆社会科学》。
3. CSSCI扩展版来源期刊。
4. CSCD扩展版来源期刊。
5.《法制日报》、《中国教育报》、《经济日报》、《人民法院报》、《检察日报》（理论版或学术版）。
6．在《中国司法鉴定》和《中国法医学杂志》上发表的论文认定为校定D2类期刊论文（仅限于刑事侦察学院教师发表的成果）。
第八条  在港澳台发表的学术论文、在国外发表的学术论文、未公开出版或者发表的咨询报告、调研报告、调查报告和立法建议稿，《人民日报》、《光明日报》、新华社等内参清样稿件及《红旗文稿》，被省部级以上党政机关（含全国人大常委会、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院）采纳或产生重要影响的学术成果，认定为C类及其以上等级的须提请校学术委员会审定。
第九条  法学、政治学、哲学、应用经济学、公共管理和工商管理等6个学科期刊当期发文数超过45篇的，新闻传播学及其它学科期刊当期发文超过55篇的，按下一等级期刊认定。转载类、集刊类除外。
第十条2013年3月1日以后的科研成果适用本办法，学校以往其他相关规定与本办法不一致的，按本办法执行。
第十一条  本办法由校学术委员会负责解释。
术语解释：
1. CSSCI
中文社会科学引文索引（Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index）是由南京大学中国社会科学研究评价中心开发研制的引文数据库，用来检索中文人文社会科学领域的论文收录和被引用情况。CSSCI来源期刊、扩展版来源期刊、来源集刊每两年更新一次。
2. SCI
《科学引文索引》(Science Citation Index, SCI)是由美国科学信息研究所(ISI)1961年创办出版的引文数据库。具体以教育部科技查新机构的检索证明为依据。
3. SSCI
《社会科学引文索引》（Social Science Citation Index, SSCI）为美国科学情报研究所建立的综合性社科文献数据库，涉及经济、法律、管理、心理学、区域研究、社会学、信息科学等。
4. CSCD
中国科学引文数据库分为核心库和扩展库，数据库的来源期刊每两年进行评选一次。 核心库的来源期刊经过严格的评选,是各学科领域中具有权威性和代表性的核心期刊。 扩展库的来源期刊经过大范围的遴选，是我国各学科领域优秀的期刊。
