This book builds theoretical statistics from the first principles of probability theory. Starting from the basics of probability, the authors develop the theory of statistical inference using techniques, definitions, and concepts that are statistical and are natural extensions and consequences of previous concepts. Intended for first-year graduate students, this book can be used for students majoring in statistics who have a solid mathematics background. It can also be used in a way that stresses the more practical uses of statistical theory, being more concerned with understanding basic statistical concepts and deriving reasonable statistical procedures for a variety of situations, and less concerned with formal optimality investigations.

Why do you think that I intend to make money from posting any e-books in this forum? Although almost of  books are available on the internet, they are HARD to access. Yes, you may have to download them from file hostings which make you have to wait, enter captcha, etc. It's necessary for me to use them. Therefore, they are downloaded and I want to share them to other people related to my interesting field to make them EASY-TO-ACCESS. At the same time, I must have some credits too to make me able to buy any books in this forum so I can't provide them without paying any credits. I think 5-10 credits not too much for getting them. It's like using an item in game.  By the way, if you want some of my books but you DON'T want to pay any credits, you can send me your private message with your email and I will send you what you want. Thank you for your opinion!
