从世界银行上下下来的进口和出口价值指数是平减指数吗？……我要计算出口不变价时是直接用出口价值数据除以出口价值指数可以得到，还是要用基期数据乘以价值指数数据可以得到？…………还有一般年鉴什么的给出的价值指数数据是平减指数吗？还是一般都不会给出平减指数?
