亚行是日本掌握的，其实背后是美国主导，难以为亚洲中小国家提供实质性的基础设施资金贷款，亚投行是为了打破美国在亚洲的金融统治，重塑亚洲金融秩序，为中小国家提供贷款，同时结合“一路一带”战略打通中国海上和陆地的两条贸易通道，如果能顺利实施将对中国和世界产生深远的影响。。。。

从政治战略角度来说，中国牵头推广的亚投行是对原有亚洲经济政治格局的重新定义。在中国经济成为世界第二之后，作为亚太政治大国的中国也必然要在经济金融领域发出更大的声音。亚太地区是中国政治经济利益的中枢地区，采用亚投行来制衡美日主导的亚开行也是意料之中的举动。

从经济战略角度来说，中国经济要走向世界，地区的基础性建设极为重要。只有地区性经济发展水平不断的趋同，中国经济才会更好地做到领导者地位。所以，前期的投资也是必要的。

从国际社会责任来说，中国投资在地区进行基础性建设也说明了中国作为世界大国更多地担当起国际责任。

The idea is a very good penetration into the current world finance system. It definitely is a good try. From it, we could gain our experience and build up some kind of cooperation. The action will strengthen China's influence and increase the co-relationship among China and the other Asia countries.
However, it is good to have a plan B. The process will be difficult and there may be some intentional obstacles. The success of the step will set up an example for future similar projects.
Learning from the western world in marketing and promotion is very important. It is good to China, and it is also good to other Asia countries that will get the investment in their infrastructures. China's media needs to know what to say, what not to say, when to say, and how to say about the events.

我只是在想，名为基础设施投资银行，是否真能使亚洲落后地区的基础设施投资结构、投资模式发生改观，中国作为主导，能不能凭借其过去几十年迅速脱贫致富的独特经验，改善原来美日系银行主导的发展项目弊端，切实地为处于收入分布Lower-Tail的群体做些贡献。拭目以待吧

外行看热闹，浅见是：亚投行是中国发起国际金融格局主导影响力的开端。另一方面日本多年前就挑起亚开行了，而此二者作用效果有较大的相似性，因此日本的主导力受到威胁对亚投行的出现很是不满意。
