三级考试必须要看教材吗？

要看原版教材才行，三级不能看NOTES。另外要多做真题。

那上午的essay有什么解题技巧吗？题量很大，如果都详细解答，时间上应该是不允许的。应该采取怎样的解题策略？

我也是不想看教材，很多知识点学起来很费劲，没有notes简洁明了。考一级的时候看过税法那部分，其余的都是只看notes。但是今年上午的essay感觉很多题都没见过。个人复习的时候就是看的notes，做了课后习题，还有三年的mock，是不是有什么没有复习到的地方？
