I paid the 20 coins only to get a link that my browser simply cannot understand (it's not in ASCII characters). Yet, it was able to redirect me to a BAIDU address which is now requesting me a PASSWORD to "extract" the file. What is the password?

Don't download or open the txt file by browser. You can download it by Thunder, and just open it you will get the link and password.
