对。一直在努力中，一起努力。目前学的人不多。

IRT is being emphasized and concerned rapidly not only in psychometric and education measurement (not limited to survey and scale development, assessment and evaluation), but also in other disciplines - likes health science, human resource management, organizational management and even the traditional social science subjects.  Many audience in this forum are interested, more effort of us in learning and teaching activities willl be in great help.  Here is a two cent of my opinion.
