2017年6月份的CFA考试报名第二阶段已开始，对于许多第一次进行CFA报名考试的考生来说，在很多的细节上都不是非常了解，给大家总结一下关于教材、退款、关税、运费的注意事项。
从2008 年起，CFA 协会指定教材已经包括在考试费用中，分别有电子版教材、纸质版教材、电子+纸质版教材三种类型选择。仅选择电子版教材不需要支付费用。如果选择购买纸质版教材需注意如下问题：
CFA教材一旦订单完成，支付印刷课程的订单不予退还。国际印刷教材的出口可能会受到进口关税和其他税费，这是征收一次货物到达您所在的国家。
你必须支付额外费用办理通关手续 - 我们对有超过这些费用绝对没有控制权，税费因不同国家而异。
为了避免与您的教材送达问题问题发生出货问题，请联系您当地的海关办公室。咨询航运和海关收费细节。

Refund and deferral policiesA full refund of your enrollment and registration fees is available within two (2) business days of payment if you change your mind. Due to fluctuating exchange rates outside our control, we cannot guarantee that the exact amount paid to CFA Institute will be the same amount (in other currency) returned. Thereafter, enrollment and registration fees are nonrefundable, even in the event of a medical condition or other extreme circumstance. Enrollment and registration fees are non-transferrable.Registration deferrals to the next available exam are considered on a case-by-case basis for life-threatening or very serious illnesses (candidate or immediate family), natural disasters, and mandatory military service. This does not guarantee a deferral to any candidate for any condition but instead provides CFA Institute with the discretion to determine which deferral requests it approves and denies. Candidates awarded a deferral are responsible for all applicable new curriculum charges. Deferral requests must be received by CFA Institute prior to the scheduled exam or within 10 U.S. business days after the exam date.
