Mike教授,您好!
1. This is a prescient and challenging question.
Top research requires a lot of hard work.
Einstein has been quoted as saying that: "genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration."
I agree with his penetrating insights.
.
One needs to work very hard, read the literature, and have good colleagues and co-authors, especially in the medical, physical and natural sciences, where team research is essential.
2. IETI was essentially the brainchild of Dr Xiaoguang Yue, and he kindly invited me to contribute to its creation.
Details are available at:
http://www.ieti.net/list.html
and I would encourage you to join the institute, which will grow rapidly and successfully in the coming years.
Members from China will constitute and important part of the growth and significance of IETI.
3. My understanding is that ICEFS and any other conference organized by IETI is professional and international.
In 2017, IETI conferences will be held in mianland china, Hong Kong and Thailand.
My understanding is that each of these conferences will have professionally edited and reviewed conference proceedings volumes, which will be published by a reputable international publisher.
Each of the conference proceedings will also be submitted to Thomson Reuters ISI for possible inclusion in the CPCI.
In 2016, our ICEMI was indexed by CPCI:
