asset与capital的区别？

如果上面的关系说得还是很乱，也大不必着急上火，只要你了解BP表如何记录，即使不了解所谓inflow与outflow，也并不会影响对宏观经济学的学习。

一门理论，确实也不需要太多杂七杂八又令人混淆的概念（特别是可以被Ockham's razor砍掉的那些）。

Asset is something u own in your company at the momment, which can generate potential profit
Including current asset or non current asset

Capital can be an asset when u own it, especially non-current asset like machine
When u said capital inflow, this is mean "an outside asset flowing into your company which is become your company's asset"

This two term is sort of accounting terms
So there maybe a little bit confuse if u apply into economic or finance

"it is selling them an asset"  the auther means that a financial product which wil come up with interest in the further. for example, US goverment bond or company bond.

foreign capital flows in USA buying US ASSET. asset mostly can not outflow. capital is something equal money as i understand.

"capital flight：a large and sudden reduction in the demand for assets located in a country。"

means domestic capital r not interest in domestic asset and flow out to other countries for better and safe return.

asset mostly can not outflow. capital is something equal money as i understand. asset不能移动，而capital可以流动，capital理解为美元！假设世界上只有一种货币，好像就比较好理解！

如果只有一种货币的话 就不存在 flow in and flow out，直接就是借钱给美国人投资了。

说白了，我们出口的物品拿回美元就已经对美国输出资本了，这个资本就是我们的生产的鞋子！我们出口创汇，就是为了将来买美国的高科技产品！

  这么简单的事情，怎么在国贸的课本上弄的这么扰，还分了借方、贷方！

这里，判定“输出资本”的关键是，你出口时拿到（或换回）了“对美国的索取权凭证”（在上面，就是美元。当然，不限于美元）。

如果你没有拿回美元，而是“以物易物”，就没有输出资本了。
