Responsibilities：

-          Aid staffing consultants in entering new candidate details into da
tabase and coding up resumes correctly. Track shortlist candidate in database
;

-          Staffing Shared Point create and update;

-          Assist consultants in HR projects and other related administrative
work;

-          Assist the system maintenance, including college recruiting websit
e update and other related work.

Requirement:

-          Have a strong interest in Human Resources and ideally staffing / r
ecruiting;

-          Quick learner, love challenges and working under pressure, patient
, detail-orientated;

-          Fluent in both oral and written English;

-          Mature approach to work - able to prioritize and plan effectively;

-          Able to work independently with minimal supervision;

-          Good interpersonal/communication/presentation skills;

-          Major in Computer Science or related is preferred.
