At time to develop any model, some aspects should be checked in the data set for the application of parametric techniques such as MLR these aspects are: homogeneity of variance, homoscedasticity, randomness of the values, etc. Please comment on this.

一般的多元线性回归，考虑异方差共线性等问题。市面上的很多软件如stata，r,sas等都可实现。祝好运～
