      面板数据固定效应与随机效应模型选取，传统豪斯曼检验无法进行时，用xtoverid过度识别进行辅助回归，按照陈强stata应用第二版15.13命令输入运行，命令语句为
//辅助回归的官方命令
ssc install xtoverid  //下载安装命令xtoverid
quietly xtreg fatal beertax spircons unrate perinck,re r
xtoverid

前两条语句运行正常，运行到xtoverid，结果页面显示错误

//Error - must have ivreg2/ivreg29/ivreg28 version 2.1.15 or greater installed    （意思是版本问题？）

        file __________ not found;
        The filename you specified cannot be found.  Perhaps you
        mistyped the name, or it may be on another CD or directory.
        If you are a Mac user, perhaps you had an unintentional blank

        created.  In Finder, click on the file to blacken the name.
        If you see anything other than a thin, even space on each
        side of the name, rename the file to eliminate the leading
        and trailing space characters.
这是为什么？
之前的运行都是按照书上一步一步操作的，求热心人提供帮助。辅助回归的手动程序命令我也做了，结果可以出来。

很奇怪为什么要做过度识别检验。后面的xtoverid不需要呀

随机效应的假设比固定效应要强，不建议用随机效应，用固定效应就好了。

您好，首先谢谢您的回复。我是参照陈强stata第二版269-270页内容，当传统霍斯曼检验不适用时，解决方法有两种，以自助法，二辅助回归法。在辅助回归法中，先使用聚类稳健标准误检验原假设，然后利用非官方命令xtoverid来进行辅助回归。运行xtoverid时出现错误

刚才按照系统提示/Error - must have ivreg2/ivreg29/ivreg28 version 2.1.15 or greater installed    ，我又在stata中依次安装了ssc install  ivreg2/ivreg29/ivreg28，然后运行陈强stata书第270页命令，出来了和书上一样的结构。

在安装好Xtoverid，后出现了以下的错误提示xtoverid not compatible with xtreg model fe（不兼容），是按照陈强老师的课本书写的程序，所以大概率之前的步骤是没问题的，有uu可以帮忙回答吗？

xtoverid前运行的是re,不是fe
