Details of the program
Global Consumer Group – Management Associate
The Associates gain a broad perspective of the collective functions of consumer banking management within 24 months through:
Education§
Basic banking/professional knowledge training in first six months
§
Leadership/professional skills training through the program
§
Country and
Regional MA training program.
Experience§
One or two rotations in different business/function include Retail Banking, Consumer Lending, Rural Finance，Marketing, Products , Sales, Operation & Technology, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Human Resources, etc…
§
Cross functional business projects
§
Lead or participate in business wide and country wide activities
Exposure and Networking§
Quarterly gathering with senior management
§
Mentor Program and Buddy Program
§
Twice a year performance review/feedback from senior management
§
Bi-monthly MA team gathering/sharing
Requirements of the candidate
·
Strong academic record.
·
Bachelor or Master’s degree from a highly rated university and less than four years’ working experience for GCG MA program
·
Keen interest in pursuing career opportunity in the financial services industry
·
Cross-functional interests and mobility to work in different locations/cities
·
Leadership potential, self-starter, be initiative and innovative
·
Team-player, contributes to collective goals
·
Demonstrates professionalism, integrity and respect for diversity
·
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·
Adapt to changes in a rapid-growth organization
·
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
·
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English
