温斯坦用出演电影以及工作项目上的机会来利诱她们，要求与其发生性关系，则会在事业上帮助她们，涉案时间更是横跨整整30年！
在新闻曝出后，温斯坦方面在第一时间给出解释：

Instead, he had her sent up to his room, where he appeared in a bathrobe and asked if he could give her a massage or she could watch him shower, she recalled in an interview.

She met Weinstein at a fashion show and he invited her to drinks; she already knew, she said, that it would not be about work and he had “other ①intentions.”

经过一轮又一轮的石锤，哈维温斯坦用“名誉扫地”来形容一点都不为过了...
不过滥用职权对女性进行性骚扰这件事，本身就不可饶恕，作为公众人物，更是不应该
