老师是有美国律师执照（虽然法学院是后面上的），但不太practice law. 课程无指定书籍要求（在美国，这真的是很好，因为书很贵美国，有时国内网站上和淘宝都找不到教材就得自己买，一般最便宜的那种学术性的电子书都要$50左右）。
以下为课程大纲，我的全部课堂笔记pdf版，和老师每个chapter（笔记可能有些ch是记在后面，顺序有些不一样，因为考GMAT申研请国家，貌似那个学期还住院住过，加上上课我主要是听，有些笔记是课后对着做笔记十分认真仔细的中国同学补全的）。
