现在中国的统计数字在基层就不准。

主要是领导要政绩。

It is appalling that statistics from official statistical agencies are not reliable.
I am not sure there is a law in China governing statistical agencies and their work quality.
Any person deliberately mislead the public on statistics should be treated as a crime and should be punished by law.
Also, statistical agencies should have a high degree of independence from the interference of other government agencies and officials.

呵呵，其实本来挺佩服他们的，经你这么一说。还有可信的吗？

还是有水分的。。

统计数字果然是做出来的，不是记下来的
