为什么不能创建新的国际货币替代美元国际货币地位？
1、美国凭借美元国际货币结算超级地位，吸血式剥掠其他国家地区财富。
2、为什么不能以国际组织名义，以黄金等贵金属或其他为载体，创造一种世界结算货币。或者区域货币（亚欧）
3、这种货币创建成功，将大大提升国际贸易公平水平。目前以美元为主国际结算体系，在国际贸易中美国占尽好处还处处指责别人不公平，打起贸易战。
