昨日阅读时间2小时，累计阅读时间40小时 ，昨日繁忙，晚上抽出了些时间，看了一下Python for finance，发现通过DataReader类无法获取许多金融数据，有些烦闷！

昨天早与晚阅读3小时，共计阅读255小时。
重读《Nonviolent Communication》，前言与第一章部分摘要如下：

One of the many things I learned from Gandhi is to understand the depth and breadth of nonviolence and to acknowledge that one is violent and that one needs to bring about a qualitative change in one's attitude. Unless we become the change we wish to see in the world no change will ever take place.

Everything that we do is conditioned by selfish motives.

Nonviolence means allowing the positive within you to emerge. Be dominated by love, respect, understanding, appreciation, compassion and concern for others rather than the self-centered and selfish, greedy, hateful, prejudiced, suspicious and aggressive attitudes that dominate our thinking.
If we change ourselves we can change the world and changing ourselves begins with changing our language and methods of communication.  
Words are windows or they're walls. Try to listen through my words, to the feelings and we share.
