全球金融和货币体系未来理事会发布了这份报告，其中列出了与两个看似对立的“去中心化”和“全球化”相关的风险和挑战的三个关键方面，国际金融架构需要适应这些力量：1）监管面临的挑战; 2）金融体系的数字化转型; 3）当前的宏观经济风险。
The Global Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems published this report singling out three key aspects of the risks and challenges associated with the two seemingly opposed forces of decentralization and integration, to which the international financial architecture will need to adapt: 1) regulatory challenges; 2) the transformation of the financial system through digitization; and 3) current macroeconomic risks.
注：The World Future Council (WFC) is an independent body formally founded in Hamburg, Germany on 10 May 2007."Formed to speak on behalf of policy solutions that serve the interests of future generations",it includes members active in governmental bodies, civil society, business, science and the arts. The WFC's primary focus has been climate security,promoting laws such as the renewable energy Feed-in tariff. The World Future Council has special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council.
世界未来委员会（WFC）是一个致力于在全球范围内推动可持续发展政策以保护人类未来利益的国际性非盈利机构，总部位于德国汉堡，分别在英国伦敦、瑞士日内瓦及中国北京设有办事处。WFC的资深委员包括原联合国（UN）助理秘书长、欧洲议会前议员安德斯·维克曼先生；联合国防治荒漠化公约组织秘书处（UNCCD）执行秘书长莫妮卡·巴布女士；原世界自然保护联盟（IUCN）理事会主席阿绍克·科斯拉先生；奥托集团监事会主席迈克尔·奥托先生；巴西社会发展部前部长帕特鲁斯·阿纳尼亚斯先生等。
世界未来委员会目前在中国积极筹备开展循环城市项目，从环境保护和资源管理领域去识别中国城市发展所面临的机遇和挑战，研究和分析具体案例，引入国际经验，驱动循环城市的发展。循环城市愿景的核心在于确保子孙后代继承一个环境健康、蓬勃发展的世界，每个人能够在城市提供的机遇中各尽其才，共同改善生活质量。
