2.主要内容:本书主要是带来一个不同的角度来理解全球化。
3.读书心得：过去，在很大程度上，全球化在中国人的心目中基本上可以等于美国化，更多的是从吸收的角度、从跟随的角度看待全球化，很少或者基本不会从输出的角度，从引领的角度来看全球化。过去全球化的意义就是ZF常说的引进，消化和吸收，今天，全球化对于中国的意义是将演变成为，输出 - 资本和制造能力、融合 - 国外的技术、中国的市场和商业模式，创造 - 通过中国资本，市场和制造反哺到全球市场，创造价值。这个转变的原因是中国在过去三十多年跟代表着先进生产力的跨国公司的合作中，不仅仅获得了GDP的增长，同时也建立了强大制造产业能力，提升了企业经营管理的水平，让中国企业有资本实力，制造实力和管理能力用不同的方式融入全球化的浪潮中。
