对对对，贫富差距不大。不像我们国内，好饭碗和孬饭碗之间，天壤之别啊。这就看出哪里更河蟹了。

While, you have to get your feet in that door first. If you have GC or you are a citizen and have no difficulty in communication, then you are a good candidate to make a decent salary. But so far, lots of chinese students are desperate to find a job. Even though the media claimed it's top rated job in the U.S., some of the actuaries do not make money like 85,000 a year. Especially after tax, social security and a lot those insane deductions.
