Position: Associate – M&A Strategy Services and Commercial Due Diligence;
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
−Preparation and delivery of sections of assignments which includes:
o Desk based research using basic and advanced research tools
o Gather key information through telephone interviews, management discussion and site visits
o Correctly and efficiently analyse data and summarise key findings
o Build models and perform scenario analysis and sensitivity analysis
o Write concise reports either in English or Chinese, with sound business recommendations to the clients
−Preparation for proposed assignment
−There will be occasional travel for project needs
Requirements:
− Bachelor degree or above, preferred in business/management, pharmaceuticals, engineering, chemical, and/or IT related
subjects
− Strong academic performance at school
− Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, structured thinking, commercial acumen
− Demonstrate the ability to work in a team and a proactive and professional working attitude
− Be able to communicate and relate with people effectively
− Excellent business writing skills, in both English and Chinese
− Excellent presentation skills in both English and Chinese
− Proficient in MS office software e.g. powerpoint, excel
− A native Mandarin speaker
