The position is Project Assistant to CFO, General responsibilities are to provide general support to the CFO designate in the various FCD aspects during the implementation and initial live phases of Project Renaissance, e.g.; This is a contractor role, with the possibility of turning into a permanent role within the new company’s FCD organization.
Major responsibilities including:
l Preparation and translation of documents;
l General administration and project management;
l System implementation;
l Liaison with other business and logistics functions in Beijing;
l Liaison between Beijing and Hong Kong FCD;
l Planning and organizing staff training.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from a reputable university;
2. Has prior two to five years experiences in international accounting firm or financial institution;
3. Excellent spoken and written Chinese and English;
4. Good accounting knowledge;
5. Strong communication skills;
6. Good common sense;
7. Maturity and independence(self-starter).
