求大神解答Malmquist DEA 大部分结果为1 技术进步不稳定的问题

目前我使用的是Malmquist DEA，14个DMU，2个产出指标 4个投入指标，2009-2016年的数据。
但是遇到了三个问题：1.firm 6是我的主要研究对象，但是在这几年 其CRS VRS都为1；2.techch处于大于1小于1的交叉状态，3.有些数据是****。求大神解答！！万分感谢！！
