Itis phenomenon that many company started without a solid culture: at first it begins just with production or marketing focus; as it grows it slowing began to have it's culture; unfortunatedly by this time the culture had been formed to the unfavorable points simultaneous. It is hard to change the culture by now; which in return leads to the unease relation and unethical conducts during the operation of the company. However, the amazing fact is in the spectacular Chinese market conditons this kind of comany generall survive and surpass the company with solid and constructive culture from the very begining. What's the rationality behind this? Just because the Chinese market economy is so chaos or simply because we are in a completely competitive market environment for there is so much companies competing in the even smallest product production?
