U.S academical financial engneering ranking, by this table we couldn't see the UC berkelay, perhaps in case of UCB is too No. 1 to join the table. in this table we also can read the project details which including  course duration, fee and so P/F times. hope it helpful if you are planing to learn FE as well.
(BTW, I'm now in office so I couldn't type chinese, forgive me la~)
