大家好，我想问一下STRUCTURED PRODUCT的中文通俗解释，我在网上没找到。郁闷……
有一个STRUCTURED PRODUCT例子是PIN(PROTECTED INDEX NOTES)，我们现在在学这个，我不是太懂。还有一个是 EQUITY REVERSE CONVERTIBLE，好难。请大家帮忙讲解一下。
