这个我看到的不是差距啊，看到的是神奇……
显然是不大可能的事情

虽然国外的企业管理可能更加完善，晋升制度更加倾向于"能者居之"，但是精算是个很需要经验的行业，又是一个老牌公司，会让80后当高管？

我错了，经过sunlife里面的朋友求证，是consulting部门的精算总监……

可能不是个大部门，也算是Sunlife的精算consulting啊，还是精算总监

奥,就是个业务经理呀,离高管级别差远了.保险公司做软性宣传时常用的人物和宣传方式.

补充一下你所说的职位的信息,就是个精算业务经理而已,哪里是高管.而且也不太需要多少经验和技能,基本上都是KNOWLEDGE的水平要求.有一百多个人应聘的,基本都是低级职位而已.而且基本上每个季度都在招.

Role Summary:
Sun Life Financial is looking for qualified actuaries to join our team of internal consultants in our corporate offices. We provide a actuarial expertise to our world-wide business units - Canada, US, UK and Asia. This role will require you to step into a number of projects ranging from a few hours to several months with the opportunity to be involved in overseas assignments. The topics would range from valuation, pricing, and asset management. You must be technically strong, a quick learner, and able to apply your actuarial skills effectively and creatively. Strong time management and communication skills are essential.

Main Accountabilities:
Attained FCIA within the last 5 years
Solid technical skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Learn new systems and develop models quickly

Competencies:
Knowledge of any actuarial software (AXIS, Prophet, ALFA, Triton, APL)
Knowledge of actuarial issues outside of Canada (U.K., U.S., Hong Kong)
Asset management, investment, reinsurance or financial reporting experience
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting
Willingness to travel
Ability to speak other languages

不管怎么说这个年龄做到这个位都很难吧，想不到还是被大家鄙视……

只要是FCIA就可以做这个工作(但是决大多数的FCIA根本不会去做这个销售岗位工作,特别是有丰富经验的)。公司的最底层，帮助业务部门跑业务的辅助人员而已，在公司到处是你的领导，连公司精算部门的资历深一点的精算师都是你的老师，对你招手来，挥手去的职位，有什么难的。

这种报道我老见过无数，哈哈。。。 反正这些主人公脸皮都够厚的。

太牛了!女强人！
