It accounts for the inverse relation between unemployment rate and inflation rate. At intial equilibrium, unemployment rate is at it's natrual level. And the occrrance of difference between actual and expected inflation rate will lead to department of unemployment from its natrual level, which will lead to further increase in inflation rate. ( Natrual Hypothesis,Milton Freidman,1970)
