Dear CFA® Candidate,Thank you for your continued interest in the CFA Program. This is a reminder to update your degree and/or work experience for the CFA Program requirements.
Upon passing the Level I exam, you will be unable to register for the Level II exam until you have earned a degree, or obtained work experience that meets the program's entrance requirements if you pass the exam.
Please update your education or work experience at: https://www.cfainstitute.org/finsecustomer_enu/start.swe. Important: If your degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree or higher, please select the appropriate category from the drop-down box. If you have not yet received your degree, please leave your degree category as "in progress" and update the education section, as necessary. Please check to make sure that the official name of your college/university has been entered.
If you do not expect to receive your degree and instead have entered work experience information, e-mail cmservices@cfainstitute.org so that we can review your entry. Be sure to note the number of full-time years of college completed in your work experience description. We ask that you use "student degree confirmation" in the subject line of your e-mail and include your CFA Institute Identification Number in the text of your e-mail.
If you have completed all requirements for the degree, but have not been awarded the degree at a graduation ceremony, please send an official statement in English from the college or university to certify that you have met all degree requirements. Please note that Certificates of Expected Graduation are unacceptable.
