2020全欧（12届）/全英(31届)中国经济学年会开启邀稿

过去几年，中国已经成为世界经济增长最重要的力量之一。中国自身的的经济规模也在2019年首次超过100万亿人民币。中国的改革开放正在深刻改变世界的经济与社会结构。同时，面对全球新一轮技术革命机遇，以及可持续性发展的要求，中国和世界都面临发展方式的转型。本次大会将在中国进一步深化改革开放的背景下，探讨怎么实现新技术应用、可持续发展和经济增长。

l 我们诚邀您在2020年4月30日之前提交扩展性摘要（extended abstract，250-300字）。您可发送电子邮件至 cea2020conference@gmail.com。
l 我们将在5月中旬之前通知申请人预审结果。 获得邀请的作者，请在2020年7月30日之前提交全文。
l 优秀的文章我们将推荐到《Journal of Chinese Economic and Business Studies》或《International Journal of Chinese Culture andManagement》发表。
l 本次会议参会费为200欧元，博士生研究生的费用为50欧元（其中包括CEA一年会员资格，订阅中国经济与商业研究期刊四期）。
l 会议期间，我们将主办博士生论坛（PhD Forum）,由资深学者主持。想参与博士生论坛的作者，请在邮件标题上添加“PhD Forum“字样。

CEA（欧洲）
全欧中国经济学会（CEA欧洲）于2008年12月17日在挪威奥斯陆成立。作为CEA（英国）旗下的主要的学术组织，CEA（欧洲）是全英中国经济学会在欧洲的重要扩展和延伸。 CEA（欧洲）的主要目标是促进学术交流，并担负起在欧洲的中国相关经济和商业研究的带头作用。自2009年在爱尔兰都柏林举行的首届会议以来，CEA（欧洲）已在欧洲各地与CEA（英国）联合举办了多次年度会议。
CEA（英国）
全英中国经济学会（CEA英国）于1988年成立，自此成为英国推动中国研究的国际领先学术组织之一。CEA的历年会议吸引了来自全球的高水平学术机构，政府组织，产业界，银行界，以及中英媒体界的广泛关注。与会的着名演讲者有中英两国政府高级官员，中国驻英大使，以及包括诺贝尔经济学奖获得者在内的国际知名学术界人士。CEA会议的论文发表在世界领先的经济学和商学期刊书籍上，以及CEA（英国）官方期刊—由Taylor＆Francis公司出版的《中国经济与商业研究期刊》上。自2001年以来，CEA（英国）会各在英国和中国的一所著名学府举办年度平行会议。

China’s DeepenedReform and Openness:
Technology,Growth, and Sustainability

Overview
Following nearly40 years of reform the Chinese economy has transformed in almost every aspect.It has gone from being one of the most closed and isolated economies in theworld of little relevance to the global economy and become both highlyglobalised and the world’s second biggest economy. In April 2018, the StateCouncil of China has announced the decision of building up ‘a new pattern ofhigher-level reform and opening up’ to explore the achievement of ‘higherquality, more efficient, more equitable, and more sustainable development’ . Whilein the past 6 years, China’s GDP has reached a new high record from 54 trillionto 100 trillion yuan.
A nexus ofeconomy, technology and sustainability thus is developed in China while thecountry is further deepening the reform and openness. This also leads to therestructuring of the global economy. The economic paradigm, both in China andin the globe, is now shifting from the simple mass production of standardizedgoods (productivity expansion) into a focus on higher inputs of capital, lessenvironmental impact, greener usage and re-usage of resource (productivityenhancement).
In search ofwell-founded answers to the micro and macro issues concerning the technology,growth, and sustainability of China’s development, and especially the “China’sDeepened Reform and Openness” , the main theme of the 31th Annual Conference ofCEA (UK).
Submissions of theoreticaland empirical studies are welcome. Topics covered may include but are notlimited to：

Publication
The best papers ofthe conference will be published in special issues of the Journal of ChineseEconomics and Business Studies.

The title page(author(s) info) & extended abstracts (250-500 words) should be sent to cea2020conference@gmail.comby 13:00 (UK time) 30th April, 2020.
You will be informed within two weeks whether yourpaper can be accepted. You will be expected to provide the full paper by 13:00 (UK time) 30th of July 2020.
