我也有同感。第一：学历越高，就业选择反而越窄是全球现象；第二，目前中国在国际分工中的地位就是“刷盘子”的打杂角色，缺的是民工，不是高学历人才；第三，国内院校的博士培养很不正规，很多老师只顾自己挣钱。这些原因造成博士就业困难
