吐血下载啊，不过书真的是好书。

可是看楼主的对英文的介绍，好像是说关于怎么对公司和内部子公司定价然后怎么合理寻找并购项目等等的，好像不是那些关于公司看财报然后估值的书，可能是个补充吧，我去下来看看，然后再来评论~呵呵
