晚辈最近拿到两个题目准备讨论，但一点思路也没有。请教各位高人能给予我帮助（最好能详细点）。

1. How are business cycles commonly defined? List your preferred set of the stylized facts of business cycle fluctuations documented in recent macroeconomic literature. Discuss how these stylized facts have been used to argue for the appropriateness, or inappropriateness, of various business cycle models/schools of thought.

2. Assume a major natural catastrophe destroys one-fifth of the capital stock of a country. Compare and constrast what you might consider to be Keynesian/New Keynesian approach and New Classical (not RBC) approach to the reconstruction of the economy.
