升级了，怎么得到试用的用户名和密码呢？

I just updated to VIP, however I found that I still cannot use the ccerdata. Indeed, I can login the website. But I cannot open any sub-data base inside. When I click those sub-data base link, the website has no response. Anyone can help me to fix the problem?
Sorry that I can not type chinese in this computer. Hope I make myself clear enough.

BTW, I am currently abroad. Therefore, I can not use any "教育网" to log in. I only can use the "公网" entry to log in.The above situation is happened when I log in use the  "公网" entry.
