美国人为什么不“炒房”？

主要是因为美国人投资渠道多元化，还有人家管理好，保障制度好~~~~~~~~~~

中国什么时候能有这样的时代呢

我覺得因為美國人沒有存錢習慣,而中國人有,所以...

观念也是大问题，中美差异，美国不像中国这么需要有属于自己的一屋可以遮风避雨，为了一套房愿意花几十年的奋斗，可能房屋在一个人的思想中的占得分量很重

Mainly because of good social system in North America . If you  buy a house and sell it within 5 years, in most case, you'll lose money for sure. There are all kinds of fees  including property tax which depends on the region where you live.

GDP? Does they care so much as Communists?
