| 会议简介 |
The conference organizers would like to extend their most cordial invitation to researchers around the world to come to the beautiful city by Bohai sea, to enjoy the scenery and to exchange their most significant research works. The submission deadline is February 8, 2008. COCOON08 will only accept electronic (PS, PDFsubmissions. A submission should start with the title of the paper, each author's name, affiliation, and e-mail address, and a one-paragraph summary of the results. This should be followed by a scholarly exposition of the ideas, techniques, and a full description of the results achieved. A clear indication of the motivation and comparison with prior or related work should be presented. The paper should not exceed 10 pages, excluding bibliography and appendices, on letter-size paper using 11 point or larger font. Typical topics of interest, but not limited to, are -Algorithms and data structures; -Algorithmic game theory and online algorithms; -Automata, languages, logic, and computability; -Combinatorics related to algorithms and complexity; -Complexity theory; -Computational learning theory and knowledge discovery; -Cryptography, reliability and security, and database theory; -Computational biology and bioinformatics; -Computational algebra, geometry, and number theory; -Graph drawing and information visualization; -Graph theory, communication networks, and optimization; -Parallel and distributed computing. |
