摘要：随着国家经济建设和城镇化进程的推进，大量农民失去他们赖以生存的土地，并由于种种原因面临失业的困境，这影响了社会的进步、稳定与发展，同时也与我们现行的和谐社会形成了巨大的反差。因此，解决失地农民的就业保障问题就成为推动社会进步、文明、发展的首要问题，而这就需要政府、社会、个人三个方面共同的努力。

Abstract: Along with the national economic construction and the cities advancement, the massive farmers lose their survival land,and as a result of all sorts of reasons ,they are faced with the difficult position of unemployment, this situation affected society's progress,stability and development, which also has formed the huge contrast with our present harmonious society. Therefore, the solution of landless peasants' employment-safeguard question has become the most important problems,which is the impetus to the society's progress, the civilization and the development. However, this needs the common endeavor from three aspects: government,society, and individuty.
