During the construction of the informatization of enterprises, the application of SMS has become more and more important and contributed a lot to the rapid development of the informatization of enterprises. It mainly contains utilizing Mscomm control to realize the serial communication between computer and cell phone, utilizing AT command to realize the cell phone control and SMS receiving and sending operation, the PDU (Protcol Data Unit) format analysis, SMS content, cell phone number, SMSC number, timestamp encoding and decoding. Finally, the paper introduces the system interface design and operating test and summarizes the design experience and the work that shall be done in future.
