输液装置微机控制系统_自动化专业论文范文

自动化专业论文范文 摘要 本设计以单片机AT89C51为核心,实现了对液体点滴速度的监测与控制。首先利用红外发射-接收器对滴斗里点滴滴速和受液瓶里液面是否达到警戒液面处实时采集数据。分别用两个步进电机对点滴速度进行控制。步进电机1通过控制输液管软管夹头的松紧对点滴速度进行粗调到设计要求,步进电机2通过滑轮控制h2(滴斗到受液瓶底部的距离)的高度,对点滴速度进行进一步的细调以达到控制精度。当储液瓶里液面到达警戒液面处时驱动蜂鸣器发出报警信号。通过扩展8155H完成键盘显示电路。基于这些完备而可靠的硬件设计,使用一套独特的软件方法,实现对液体点滴速度的精确控制。 关键词:单片机AT89C51、点滴速度、红外发射-接收器、步进电机 Abstract This design take a machine AT89 C51s as the core, carrying out to the monitor and the control of the liquid intravenous drop speed. Use respectively two tread into the electrical engineering to carry on the control to the intravenous drop speed.Tread into the electrical engineering 1 lose the soft tube of the liquid tube to clip the head through a control to carry on to the intravenous drop speed thick adjust the design to request, tread into electrical engineering 2 pass the pulley control h2( didou arrive be be apart from by a bottom of liquid) of height, carry on to the intravenous drop speed further thin adjust to control by attain the accuracy.When keep the liquid bottle to face to arrive the warnning liquid to face the place in the liquid drive the machine of speaker to send out to report to the police the signal.Pass to expand 8155 complete the keyboard manifestation electric circuit.According to these complete but dependable hardware designs, use a set of special software method, carry out accurate control toward the liquid intravenous drop speed.
