Abstract Nowadays, the recycling of resources is becoming particularly important. In the enterprise, the production of paper is more depending on the way of recycling the waste paper, which gradually replace the old way that is mostly manufactured with timber, by that new means can they reuse the resources. Thereby they bring in a variety of new techniques to realize slag removal (including heavy dregs, thick dregs, thin dregs and so on) and abstraction of pulp, with the application of pulp kneader, coarse sift and is lender sift system as well as separator¡¯s filtration and multiple-disc long fiber grinding machine short fiber grinding machine , they can get the required concentration of pulp . This design is mainly controls the entire pulping craft through DCS, realizes to the scene eliminates the control which the dregs the switch gets up stops, key research control impurity separator's control. Whether there is do the impurity separation machines and tools vibrate, wear slightly, the entire seal characteristic, generally uses for the impurity which processes the coarse screen to come, achieves the impurity the collection goal, and may apply in processes two times the textile fiber, the paper machine class delivers the system and the thick liquid factory screening system, through the sensing element and the valve, can reflect its running status accurately in the DCS control system. The DCS system through to the PLC procedure's control, the PLC controller carries on the electric motor, solenoid valve's interconnection and the control, thus plays the supervisory control role to separator's movement and the stopped state, enables the paper pulp to achieve the reasonable use.
