In papermaking province, there is abundant, huafeng people, such as large papermaking enterprises in fuyang, as many of the longyou of small and medium-sized enterprises. Due to the weakness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the shortage of fund technology, production scale, the paper generally smaller modernization level is not high, the transmission control machine is used mostly multi-point control mode, the production efficiency is low, the social benefits. Currently adopted by large papermaking enterprises large PLC composed of fieldbus control technology (FCS) is not suitable for papermaking system of small and medium-sized enterprises. But in recent years, the development of technology configuration software solution for small and medium-sized enterprises are faced with the problem that paper provides a very good way. For small and medium-sized enterprise existing machine equipment, papermaking, low efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises, and synchronized with the shortage of capital, technology, this weak proposed based on configuration software energy-saving machine drive control system scheme. By using the touch screen, PLC, frequency converter and PC to construct control structure of machine drive control system, and complete set of frequency converter, touch in the design and debug PLC programming and system components of the communication between each work, construct complete machine drive control system, and finally to touch and PC through simple interface to the transmission parts of the system, and the control and speed control system. This system can effectively improve the stability of the system with paper work efficiency of man-machine interface, easy operation, can easily to machine system accurately control system, easier to monitor, the stable quality of paper pulp equipments can improve in a certain extent, and save the energy consumption. Based on the machine configuration software in the transmission efficiency of work, the stability of the system is in the economy is very appropriate of small and medium-sized enterprises at present needs.
