The artificial brick shaper is the essential equipment which the wall brick suppresses takes shape, is the collection machine, the electricity is a body modernization high-tech equipment. Our country brick press design manufacture technology had the remarkable progress and the enhancement, but its control section still used traditional the control method, for example the black-white control system, caused the wiring complex, the mechanical electronic contact many, the reliability was low. These limitations and the flaw may through use the programmable foreword controller (PLC) to overcome and to make up. PLC is the 20th century at the end of 60s one new industry universal controller which develops along with the computer development, it may draw support from the engineers and technicians extremely familiar tradition relay trapezoidal chart to carry on the programming, satisfies the different equipment changeable control request, enable the control system to have the enormous flexibility and the versatility, thus may effectively substitute for traditional the black-white control system and other types sequence controllers. This design selects Japan Mitsubishi Corporation FX series PLC to carry on the control, software are partial, uses STL according to the hardware wiring diagram as well as the I/O address table using Japan Mitsubishi Corporations FXGP-WIN-C the programming way to complete the system configuration and the programming draws the trapezoidal chart as well as the corresponding sentence table, including the automatic procedure, the manual procedure, the breakdown reports to the police the procedure.
