And applies especially in the OA computer integrating manufacture system, e-business etc. The workflow technology derives from OA, and applied in many other areas, along with the development of computer technology. The technology takes a import role in BPR, work efficiency. In the middle of 90’s, at the background of network and co-operation technology, OA adopted the workflow technology. But the OA adopts two-layer architectures and non-relation database. The background of this article is the OA of Beijing region tax; research the three-layer application of workflow technology in the OA area. In the system, adopts the MVC pattern, J2EE architecture, relation database and implements the application of workflow technology. Comparing with two-layer architecture, this system has many advantages in expediently, usage, security, management, maintenance etc. And this system can communicates and integrates with other systems.
