摘 要
近年来，现代刀具管理技术获得了快速发展，越来越多的刀具制造商、工程软件和工程技术开发商推出了不同类型、各具特色的刀具管理模式和相应的软件。刀具管理在提高加工效率和数控机床利用率、保证产品质量、降低制造成本方面显示出很大的潜力。从企业的实际隋况出发，积极采用适当的刀具管理技术已成为推动制造业刀具用户提高企业管理和制造技术水平的重要举措。
为有效使用和管理柔性制造系统（FMS）中的刀具，在FMS环境下，进行刀具的功能分析、数据流建模以及实体一联系（ER）建模，在此基础上，进行刀具管理系统设计和软件开发。实际应用表明，此系统具有良好的维护性和人机交互的友好性。本文在利用软件MSM2103的背景下进行设计与仿真，通过使用PLC技术、现场总线技术、ASI总线技术使刀具在系统中实现合理利用和有效管理，使刀具在中央刀库能被顺利取出及在加工完成后无误差地放回原位。以及在生产线上自动传输，系统无故障运行。

Abstract
In recent years，the technology of Modern management tool was the rapid developped. More and more tool manufacturers、software engineering and engineering technology developers introduced a different type of management tool with their own characteristics and the corresponding software. Management tool in improving the processing efficiency and utilization of numerical control machine、ensure product quality、lower manufacturing costs.Shows that a great deal of potential.From the actual status of company, positive use of appropriate management tool to promote manufacturing technology has become a tool users improve enterprise management and manufacturing skills of the important initiatives.
For the effective use and management of the tool in the flexible manufacturing systems (FMS). In the environment of FMS, beginning with tool for the functional analysis, data modeling and an associated entities (ER) model,On this basis, with tool management system design and software development. Practical application of that, This system is well maintained and the friendly and human-computer interaction. The design and simulation is based on the use of software MSM2103 . Through the use of PLC technology, field bus technology, ASI Bus Technology, So that the tool in the system to achieve a reasonable and effective management and use of the automatic transmission line, Cutter knife so that the central bank can be successfully removed after the completion of processing and without error to put them back in situ .the system trouble-free operation.
