I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal." As Martin Luther King said, I also have a dream——Entrepreneurial Dream. I. Current Economic Situation For the past few years, under the influence of the global economic crisis, economic situation began to decline. Low growth in exports, domestic demand is insufficient. Long-term social development lags behind economic growth, the growing social inequality in the distribution of wealth . The rate of unemployment and underemployment of college graduates is on the rise because of the competitive job market. Moreover, some graduate employees are not satisfied with the present job and their enthusiasm for work has been frustrated to some degree. In such a social environment, college graduates try to employ themselves by starting their own career, which is a creative and practical way. II. Advantages Disadvantages of College Careers Faced with a tough job market, fresh graduates are dreaming of running their own businesses instead .But a recent survey has showed that such ambitions lack the required support and remain just that – dreams. Entrepreneurship is not as simple as you think . In this way, risks and opportunities hand in hand all the time. Advantages Our government encourages college graduates to entrepreneurship. If our plan is creative and original, the government will grant a financial aid to us . So we do not have to worry about the lack of start-up capital. As a recent graduate entrepreneurship, theoretical foundation and expertise relatively more solid, and synchronization of entrepreneurship compared to others it will have a higher starting point, which we should seize and take full advantage of. Disadvantages Students' lack of experience in business management, operational processes for the enterprise are not familiar with, have a good theoretical knowledge may can not be applied to practice. As inexperienced college students, there is no extensive networks of relationships, the entrepreneurial process may not be a good grasp of the changing market environment, the entrepreneurial process will inevitably take a lot of detours, which will more or less affect the success of business students. In a word, we must grasp opportunities, meet challenges and reduce risk. Only in this way can we turn entrepreneurial dream into a reality. III. The Great Significance of Business Students With higher education from "Elite Education" to "Mass Education" forward, increasingly serious employment situation of college graduates, college graduates will far exceed the number of vacancies. By this time, if we choose to take the entrepreneurial path, which contains the extraordinary significance. It can not only alleviate the employment pressure on society, but also through entrepreneurial activity contrary to increase employment opportunities. What’s more, the ability to succeed in business is the best embodiment of their self-worth and quality of their own sublimation. Innovation is the soul of a nation, is an inexhaustible motive force for national prosperity. Young college students as China's most dynamic groups should have the spirit of innovation. Through entrepreneurship, students can practice in the business of exploration process constantly learn to innovate and learn different ways of doing the same thing, gradually, innovation will be buried in the hearts of students, making its innovative spirit has been cultured . Conclusion Chinese Dream seems that it is far away from us, but this dream belong all of us , because our own dreams make up it. That’s the spirit in which we continue the work of tackling our greatest common tasks – an economy rebuilt; job creation revitalized; a Chinese Dream renewed – for all our people. As for me, I will work hard in school to learn professional knowledge and increase experience for entrepreneurs. When I graduate, I will be back home, to further realize my entrepreneurial dreams.
