请问各位大虾，reading #19 Humancapital 部分（P327），其中的case#2 书中的原话意思大致如下：一个equitylike的stockbroker，他的hunman capital 都是equity，因此他的financial应该是fixed的，那么他的投资应该以较大的比例投资fixed。由于他每年的hunman capital每年较少，因此risk free asset也在减少，因此随着人年龄增长，应该把fixed比重逐年提高。并且付了一张图，显示年龄越高，broker的fixed配置越高。我觉得这是矛盾的。

我的问题在于，既然他已经把broker的financial投资去投资fixed了，随着human capital的减少，也就意味着权益资产的减少，那么其总资产中fixed的比例就已经越高了。因此还有必要随年龄提高对fixed的投资吗？书中的原话“For young investors with equitylike human capital , the fiancial assets should be invested predominantly in fixed-income  assets. Because the value of  one's human capital declines with age ,the share of riskfree assets in the broker's portfolio will also decline and the share of risky assets in the portfolio of financial assets will rise until retirement.”

Human capital + risky assets = equity like

When investor ageing, human capital decreases so risky assets need to increase to maintain the percentage of equity-like assets.
