-To meet targets on productivity & accuracy within stipulated time frame;
-To process requests in accordance with policies and procedures and enable to identify and escalate common fraud/errors/irregular transactions;
-To acquire updated knowledge on procedures related to relevant processes;
-To take both job rotation and classroom training to expand relevant job knowledge and be familiar with regulations of both HBCN and the local regulators;
-To keep open and close communications with peers, supervisors, internal and external customers.
Job Requirements:
-University Graduate
-Good command of English and PC skill;
-Self disciplined, motivated and well-organized;
-Careful, patient and good communication skill;
-Be able to work under pressure and flexible to work shift
