In order to run the demonstration version of EViews you must register your machine with IHS.

The demonstration version of EViews can only be registered once per machine and will run for 30 days.
Registration method
Registration requires that you submit to IHS your Name, EViews Serial Number and a 32-digit Machine ID based on your hardware.
This information can be sent to IHS:
Automatically by EViews if your computer is connected to the wel
Auto Registration ...
Manually by phone, email, mail or over the web with a browser
Manual Registration...
No other information will be sent to IHS.
